Dizzy's Origin Story
The Dizzy Property Group (DPG) was founded by Harley Giddings who you may know as @propertywithharley.
Harley was able to build a Property portfolio of 4 Properties as a 25 year old which only 0.0017% of Australians have.
Harley achieved this feat whilst being on a moderate 72k full time income in the Broking industry & also 25-30k a year working at his local BP service station.
DPG was created to help other everyday Australians enter the Property market & build Property Portfolios of their own, without needing a massive income.

"Dizzy"
The name Dizzy was chosen for two reasons:
One - Dizzy was the nickname of Harley's Grandmother who passed away in 2017 & was one of his biggest supporters.
Two - There are so many conflicting pieces of information out there when it comes to Property, the whole process is Dizzying & it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

After our initial call we will request the required documents from you and get to work finding the best lender to suit your goals.
From there it's up to us, we will lodge your deal & hammer the banks to get it done.
Approval
Once approved we will outline the next steps of what you need to do, whether it's a purchase or a refinance the team will be there walking you through each step of the process to settlement.
